RULE OF THE GAME :

1. Kontes ini diselenggarakan oleh PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk untuk Pelanggan IndiHome
2. Para pemenang kontes ini akan mendapatkan :

1. 1 Paket perjalanan ke Irlandia Utara berlaku untuk 2 orang (Grand Prize)

3. Mini Speaker HBO untuk 5 orang

3. Untuk mengikuti kontes ini, pastikan bahwa :
   1. Kamu harus berusia minimal 21 Tahun, Warga Negara Indonesia untuk mengikuti kontes ini
   2. Sudah berlangganan IndiHome, minipack Indimovie 2 di UseeTV dan mengaktifkan akun HBO GO menggunakan ID my IndiHome

   5. Menyiapkan seluruh dokumen yang dibutuhkan oleh Telkom untuk pengambulan hadiah
4. Saksikan episode terbaru Game of Thrones yang ditayangkan setiap Senin pukul 08.00 WIB di HBO (Channel SD 601 dan HD 991) atau di aplikasi HBO Go
5. Pada hari Selasa setiap minggunya, Instagram @useetvcom akan memberikan 1 pertanyaan yang harus dijawab dengan benar dan di post di Instagram Feed Anda dengan hashtag #IndiHomeHBOAsiaGOT dan tag akun @useetvcom
6. 1 Pemenang yang memenuhi syarat akan mendapatkan Grand Prize Perjalanan untuk 2 orang ke Northern Ireland. Disiapkan juga hadiah exclusive merchandise Game of Thrones dan HBO Mini Speaker untuk pemenang hiburan lainnya
7. Pemenang akan diumumkan di website IndiHome juga Social Media @useetvcom dan akan menerima Direct Message dari akun @useetvcom
8. Seluruh biaya tambahan diluar hadiah akan menjadi tanggung jawab pemenang
9. Hadiah tidak dapat ditukar dan Keputusan juri tidak dapat diganggu gugat
10. Telkom dan HBO berhak untuk merubah, menghapus atau menyesuaikan Terms & Conditions sewaktu-waktu
11. Seluruh Peserta telah membaca, menerima dan setuju dengan seluruh Terms & Conditions yang berlaku

HBO ASIA TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Home Box Office (Singapore) Pte Ltd (“HBO Asia”) is the sponsor for the Prize, which shall comprise the following:

1. the Grand Prize, as detailed below:
   1. return economy class air tickets for 2 persons (depart and return flight to Jakarta)
   2. round trip airport transfer in Northern Ireland
   3. 3 nights hotel accommodation (twin sharing with daily breakfast provided, incidentals will be payable by the Winner); and
   4. 2 (two) exclusive tours for a full day visiting the Game of Thrones movie sites in Northern Ireland (lunch and dinner provided).

   For the avoidance of doubt, the Grand Prize excludes:

   1. incidentals costs such as tips, room service, mini bar;
   2. travel insurance; and
   3. visa application fees;
2. 2 exclusive packages of Game of Thrones premiums; and
3. 5 HBO mini speakers.

Acceptance of the Prize shall be subject to the following terms and conditions (the “HBO Asia Terms and Conditions”):

1. With respect to the Grand Prize, the accommodation and air tickets are valid for the period of travel from 20 August 2019 till 24 August 2019and the Winner and his/her travel companion (who must be at least 21 years old) are expected to utilise the same only during the aforementioned validity period. The validity of the Grand Prize cannot be changed and if the Winner and/or his/her travel companion loses the chance to utilise the Grand Prize, no other prize or compensation (monetary or otherwise) shall be awarded.

2. The Winner and/or his/her travel companion shall be responsible for:

   1. ensuring that they have valid travel documents/passports during their travel to Northern Ireland and for at least six months thereafter, and shall provide such identification and/or other documentation as HBO Asia and/or Telkom Indonesia may request in relation to the Grand Prize; and
   2.  obtaining and maintaining the necessary visas, travel and health insurance in relation to the Grand Prize and shall bear all costs and charges relating to the same solely at their own expense; and
   3.  arranging for transportation (at the Winner’s and/or his/her travel companion’s own cost) from the Winner’s and/or his/her travel companion’s respective home towns to the city of departure and arrival and back.

3. Any changes to the accommodation / room specifications (as provided under the Grand Prize) requested by the Winner and/or his/her travel companion shall be at his/her/their own cost.The Winner and/or his/her travel companion shall be solely responsible for any expenses towards room services, food and beverages, personal shopping, sightseeing and local travel conveyance in Northern Ireland. For the avoidance of doubt,HBO Asia and its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliated, associated and related companies (collectively, “Affiliates” and each, an “Affiliate”) and its employees, directors, officers, third party agents or representatives (collectively, “Representatives”) shall not be responsible for any expenses incidental and/or related to the Winner and/or his/her travel companion or for any part of the aforementioned expenses.

4. HBO Asia and its Affiliates and Representatives shall not be responsible or liable to pay any compensation of any kind for any cancellations of, changes and/or delays in any component of Prize, including the Grand Prize, the air tickets, the flight, the accommodation, and any injury, loss/ damage to property, death, incapacity or illness of the Winner and/or his/her travel companion, whether by reason of force majeure or otherwise, while utilising the Grand Prize, while travelling to Northern Ireland from their respective home towns, during their stay in Northern Ireland, while carrying out activities in relation to thePrize or for any reason whatsoever in connection with the Prize. For the purposes of this section, “force majeure” means any unforeseeable event outside of HBO Asia’s or any of the Affiliate’s control, which may include war, threat of war, civil strife, industrial dispute, flight cancellations, terrorist activity, natural or nuclear disaster, fire, sickness, quarantine, adverse weather conditions and any other similar events.

5. By participating in the Contest and/or accepting thePrize, the Participant/Winner unconditionally and irrevocably grants HBO Asia and its Affiliates and Representatives the right and consents to the use his/her personal information (including his/her name, email address and/or photo) (collectively, “Personal Data”) for purposes of:

   1. administration of the Contest and the Prize (including, without limitation, displaying any Personal Data on or through the internet;
   2. authentication and/or verification of any information submitted by the Participant in relation to the Contest; and
   3. any promotional and/or marketing activities undertaken by HBO Asia and/or any party authorized by HBO Asia,
   in accordance with the HBO Asia’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Use and/or any applicable privacy and data protection laws.

6. In addition to the above, the Participant/Winner unconditionally and irrevocably grants HBO Asia, and its Affiliates and Representatives and/or any party authorized by HBO Asia,a worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free right and license to use any material submitted as a part of their entry into the Contest, and any image, video footage, voice, likeness or other material that features or otherwise includes the Winner and/or his/her travel companion (the “Works”) in any manner, for any purpose HBO Asia may see fit, including for editorial, advertising, promotional and/or marketing purposes, without further compensation, in all forms of media now known or hereafter invented, in perpetuity, except where prohibited by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Participant/Winner shall waive any moral rights or similar rights he/she may have in the Works or any part thereof throughout the world andundertakes not to object to any use of the Works by HBO Asia and/or any party authorized by HBO Asia.

7. The Participant acknowledges and agrees that copyright and all intellectual property rights in and to the “HBO” and “Game of Thrones” marks and any related service and programme marks, brands, program titles, visuals, photos, names and likenesses of characters and/or performers (collectively, “HBO Property”) belong to Home Box Office, Inc. and the Participant shall not and has no right to use any HBO Property in any way whatsoever.

8. HBO Asia reserves the right to amend or vary any component of Prize.

9. By participating in the Contest and/or accepting the Prize, the Participant/Winner shall indemnify and keep HBO Asia and its Affiliates and Representatives indemnified against any and all loss, damage, claims and costs suffered and/or incurred by HBO Asia and/or any of its Affiliates and/or Representatives as a result of the Participant’s/Winner’s and/or his/her travel companion’s:

   1. participation in this Contest;
   2. utilization/enjoyment of the Prize and/or any act or omission pertaining thereto; and/or
   3. breach of the HBO Asia Terms and Conditions.

10. If the Participant / Winner is required to pay any kind of taxes, including withholding tax, gift tax, duties, charges, levies in relation to the Prize as required under any applicable law, the same shall be solely and exclusively borne by the Participant / Winner.

11. By participating in this Contest, the Participant hereby agrees that he/she shall not, directly or indirectly, give, promise or offer and undertake not to give, promise or offer money, donations, gifts or other benefits whatsoever in order to influence with corrupt intent HBO Asia and its Affiliates and Representatives, or any private person or business, or any employee or official of any government or government related establishment or public international authority, any political party (or candidate or official), or anyone acting on HBO Asia and/or any of its Affiliates’ and/or Representatives’ behalf, in the exercise of authority or in connection with obtaining any improper benefit or advantage with respect to this Contest or any matter covered by the HBO Asia Terms and Conditions or otherwise take any action (or fail to take action when required) that would violate any applicable laws, including but not limited to, the United States Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, the U.K. Bribery Act 2010 or any applicable local laws and/or regulations.

12. By participating in the Contest, it shall be construed that the Participant has waived his/her right to:

    1. raise any dispute with regard to thePrize and/or in any manner whatsoever in connection to thePrize; and/or
    2. file in person and/or through any family member and/or any third party any applications, criminal and/or civil proceedings in any courts or forum against HBO Asia and each of its Affiliates and Representatives, or to claim any damages or reliefs otherwise.

13. Any one or more clauses, stipulations and/or provisions of the HBO Asia Terms and Conditions, or any part thereof, which is declared or adjudicated to be illegal, invalid, prohibited or unenforceable under any applicable law in any jurisdiction shall be ineffective to the extent of such illegality, invalidity, prohibition or unenforceability without invalidating, vitiating or rendering unenforceable the remaining clauses, stipulations or provisions of this Agreement, and any such illegality, invalidity, prohibition or unenforceability in any jurisdiction shall not invalidate, vitiate or render unenforceable any such clauses, stipulations or provisions in any other jurisdiction nor invalidate the remaining provisions of the HBO Asia Terms and Conditions.

14. By submitting an entry to the Contest, the Participant acknowledges that he/she:

    1. has read and understood the HBO Asia Terms and Conditions which include information on how to enter, how the Winner will be determined, the Prize, and how Personal Data will be collected, retained, used and shared;
    2. expressly agrees to be bound by these HBO Asia Terms and Conditions, including in particular those relating to the collection, retention, use and sharing of Personal Data; and
    3. confirms that he/she is not in breach of any law in his/her country of residence regarding the legality of entering the Contest.
    For the avoidance of doubt, HBO Asia and its Affiliates and Representatives shall not be responsible for any Participant entering the Contest unlawfully or otherwise in breach of any local laws.
